Salted caramel with coffee crumble
Caramel made from scratch then whisked into milk and cream. Spun frozen then mixed with a ribbon of homemade coffee crumble, a streusel made with deep french cocoa, roasted pecans, and freshly ground coffee.
Remember the satisfying taste of that milk at the bottom of the bowl? That's what this gelato is made out of. It's a good feeling to have.

Classically simple. Milk flavored gelato (aka Fior Di Latte = Flower of Milk in Italian) mixed with lots of Oreos. Another favorite that is always available.

We make our fudge like everything else, by hand. It starts with a deep french caramel base then combined with chocolate ganache. The result is deeply complex chocolatey gooey fudge that makes this flavor taste like the best sundae you’ve ever had.
We cold steep our coffee using freshly ground beans roasted locally by Kona Coffee Purveyors.
Matcha green tea is loved for its unique bitterness and dry flavor. We use high quality matcha powder it’s like eating a matcha latte.
Chocolate Cherry Amaretto
This is our take on this favorite flavor. It's got almond gelato with shards of chocolate couverture hand flung individually inside, mixed with homemade fresh black cherry sauce. Every summer we hoard up on black cherries so that we can make you this flavor year round.
Brown Butter Vanilla
Browning butter caramelizes the milk solids in the butter giving it a toasty roasty delectable buttery flavor. Combined with the fresh ground vanilla beans, this flavor is pure classic goodness.
SORBETTO AND CREAMY VEGAN
This defies all expectations of what people usually think of a sorbet. It’s thick, rich, and velvety. The chocolate is showcased in it's truest form. Imported high quality chocolate and darkest French cocoa comes together to make this non-dairy masterpiece. It's like dark chocolate compared to milk chocolate bars. Without any dairy to cloud it's flavor, it's deeply chocolatey with bitter and cacao fruit notes.
Lilikoi is the Hawaiian word for passionfruit. It’s often pronounced phonetically, but actually it is pronounced li-lee-koh-ee. Hawaii has the perfect climate for these fruits that grow on rampant vines. It starts as a beautiful alien like flower then after it’s pollinated, the lilikoi fruit forms as a yellow or sometimes purple orb. The sun helps to ripen this fruit and after it has been picked, the sun ages it even further, concentrating its flavor. Arduous to process, each fruit is split then the seeds are knocked around to loosen the pulp. All the juice is extracted from this pulp that coats each little black seed. When you taste it, it is tart and sweet and tastes like sunshine.
