Okinawan sweet potato
This is what the color purple tastes like! These local purple sweet potato beauties are earthy floral with a hit of vanilla all at the same time. The starchiness of the potato gives this a bouncy texture that is so satisfying to eat. This was a Via Gelato flavor featured on the Food Network in the best desserts in America.
The most popular Girl Scout cookie there is. First we blend them into the base itself so that the entire scoop tastes like a thin mint. Then we mix hand chopped thin mints into the ice cream for that thin mint cookie crunch. Every year since Via Gelato started, we have partnered with the Girl Scouts of Hawaiii and we buy stacks of cases of cookies at retail price to benefit the Girl Scouts in their community service efforts and activities.
Another extremely popular Girl Scout cookie. It’s Samoas, not samosas. This is a shortbread cookie with toasted coconut glued on with caramel and a chocolate. We make a coconut gelato and mix in chopped up Samoas cookies along with homemade toasted coconut squares and delectable caramel. It's a delicious way of supporting the Girl Scouts in their endeavors and community service projects.

A cult favorite. People love matcha green tea, and they love Oreos. Put them together and it’s genius. People wait all month for this week when Green Tea Oreo appears.
Cookies and Cream
Classically simple. Milk flavored gelato (aka Fior Di Latte = Flower of Milk in Italian) mixed with lots of Oreos. Another favorite that is always available.
We are so enamored with the story of the wizarding world that we had to make this flavor. It's a butterscotch made with real browned butter and a touch of scotch cooked off for that toasty butterbeer flavor, just as you imagined it.
Mocha Almond Fudge
We cold steep our coffee using freshly ground beans roasted locally by Kona Coffee Purveyors. Then we layer it with homemade caramel fudge and roasted almonds. This is the best version of this flavor you will ever have. Trust us.
SORBETTO AND CREAMY VEGAN
This sorbetto is made with coconut milk and coconut cream which is exactly how haupia a classic smooth coconut Hawaiian dessert served at luaus is made.
This defies all expectations of what people usually think of a sorbet. It’s thick, rich, and velvety. The chocolate is showcased in it's truest form. Imported high quality chocolate and darkest French cocoa comes together to make this non-dairy masterpiece. It's like dark chocolate compared to milk chocolate bars. Without any dairy to cloud it's flavor, it's deeply chocolatey with bitter and cacao fruit notes.
