Throwback Flavor: Pandan
Considered the "vanilla" of South East Asia. We make our pandan extract by hand from fresh leaves grown locally. It's fragrant like Jasmine Rice and it also has coconut milk to complement it's flavor.

Cookies and Cream
Classically simple. Milk flavored gelato (aka Fior Di Latte = Flower of Milk in Italian) mixed with lots of Oreos. Another favorite that is always available.
We cold steep our coffee using freshly ground beans roasted locally by Kona Coffee Purveyors.
It's a classic, but for good reason. Vanilla beans harvested from vanilla orchids then cured and homemade vanilla extract made from the pods flavor this simple beauty.
Green Tea Mochi
Matcha green tea is loved for its unique bitterness and dry flavor. The mochi balls are a nice chewy texture dotted occasionally throughout the gelato. A local Hawaii classic from Japanese influences.
Fior di latte aka flower of milk gelato with thin shards of chocolate each shard handmade. The shards melt more quickly in your mouth and provide a delicate crunch making this combination the perfect experience. Straciatella means rags in Italian and it’s named that way to describe the shape of the chocolate flung into the gelato.
A favorite flavor in Hawaii that jogs everyone’s memories of lightly sweet almond flavored shortbread.
Coffee Fudge Swirl
We make our fudge like everything else, by hand. It starts with a deep french caramel base then combined with chocolate ganache. The result is deeply complex chocolatey gooey fudge. Then we drizzle ribbons of it into cold steeped, locally roasted coffee gelato. Grown up sundae flavors, yes please!

Throwback Flavor: Li Hing Shiso
Lihing from Chinese influences and Shiso from Japanese flavors combine oh so, local style into this favorite salty, sour and sweet flavor.
Mango varieties grow in Hawaii the way apple varieties grow in Washington State. They fruit and ripen at different times and each have their own flavor profiles. From sweet tart pirie mangos to vanilla laden hayden fruits. We make our sorbet from a blend of mangos and try to recreate that “biting into a fresh mango flavor” with some citric acid to brighten the luscious fruit.
When in Hawaii, you’re in the mood for tropical. Guava is that tropical fruit we love and reminds you, you’re in Hawaii.
Chocolate Haupia is a favorite flavor of pudding pie in Hawaii. It has it’s own following totally separate from chocolate lovers and coconut lovers. This creamy vegan gelato is completely plant based but everyone loves it because it tastes exactly like the pie.

A creamy vegan version of our Strawberries and Cream flavor. Made with homemade Strawberry sauce layered in our vegan vanilla gelato. Contains soy.
Coconut Okinawan Sweet Potato
Coconut milk and fresh, local okinawan sweet potato make this vegan gelato taste like a coconut cream pie. Contains soy.

Vegan Green Tea Oreo
The vegan version of our Green Tea Oreo. Made with coconut milk and soy-free.
Magically thick chocolate creamy gelato with no sugar. Made with erythritol and inulin, these sweeteners are easy on the palate with a sugar sweetening power that is similar to sugar and doesn't spike blood sugar.
Also made with erythritol and inulin. This flavor starts with making homemade pistachio butter from roasted pistachios and then amplifying the nuttiness with a dash of almond oil and the healthiness with spirulina and moringa powder.
